BII exports its progenies to zoos, professional distributors, private persons and scientific institutions. BII is able to legally export its progenies of CITES App. I and App. II species worldwide and works closely with the Philippine CITES Management Authority and many international environmental organisations.

Hellroter-Ara

The majority of the listed birds (cf. species list export) are regularly available for export. All birds are captive bred and marked with stainless steel leg bands. Specimen with a body weight over 80 g is electronically marked with ISO-microchips (transponder).

I would be pleased to attend to your inquiry, to clarify the availability of the birds, to handle your order and to coordinate the export incl. all necessary documents.

All birds are exported with a valid Philippine export CITES permit and an official veterinary health certificate. The birds are tested for Avian Influenza and Newcastle Disease.

Graupapagei The importer needs
  • a valid CITES import permit of his national CITES Management authority listing the transponder-codes and the leg band numbers of the parrots to be imported
  • Some countries also require a veterinarian import permit and/or a quarantine certificate
Tarzan If requested, the birds can be tested for the following diseases before export:
  • Psittacine Beak- and Feather-Disease (Circovirus – PBFD)
  • Avian Polyomavirus
  • Psittacine Herpesvirus (Pacheco’s disease)
  • Avian Bornavirus
  • Psittacosis (Chlamydia)
Conure

Furthermore, DNA sexing is possible if requested.

The birds are transported in single compartments in very stable transport boxes by selected airlines, and they are provided with food and water during transport. This type of packaging is more costly but guarantees the safest transport for the birds.
